That is a great figure. He is hard to come by and he sold out FAST when he was re released a week ago

Yeah, he is. I was able to procure 2 of the first release figures on the release day. The ONLY time I got lucky. lol

So what can y'all tell me about hemsn? Why does he have such a loyal fandom? I seldon played with the toys as a kid.All though that greyskull play set was cool.Skeletor was a cool villain in the 80s movie but it was pretty bad overall film.The cartoon i thought was ok as a kid but i laughed at it as a adult.Something about those pink shorts ...

To answer your question Stormy, I think He-Man and company have so much of a fan base and following because of Filmation. That company kicked out one great story after another with the He-man and She-Ra cartoons. Each story was well written (not all but 98%) and always had a moral at the end. It was just a good, fun and wholesome series and then the toys and comics made it so much more intense. You had technology, you had sword and sorcery, you had relatable family topics like running away, drugs, parents not understanding etc etc. But like I said Filmation made it what it was. In my opinion.


Here are some old shots I took last year. I don't collect MOTUC anymore though, but they are awesome.

i agree w my bud saying on the filmation toons they are awesome as i have every ep they did and im proud thats for sure as its one of my all time fave toons, number one to be precise, right before transformers :D
